Presentation Night MARCH 7 and the Invisible Children Project has been a great turn out. So far this year 2008, we have raised over $3000 from our presentation night, glowinthedark bracelets, tshirts and charity:water and of course from our generous donors and sponsors =D

1000 Cranes: Great Turn out at the meeting afterschool yesterday. I hope the paper crane folding is going well. We ran out of paper to give out at Thursday’s meeting. So now, there is a new system. Enclosed are 2 Paper Order Tickets that will be deliver Monday the 15th. Fill one out, and check the box of the number pack(S) you want. Turn in the ticket in the Paper Order Box in J7 next to the 1000 Crane display. Come back the next day to pick up order. If you don’t receive you paper order within the two days you turned in your ticket, email or call Jen. If you run out of tickets before the next meeting, stop by J7 to pick up more tickets next to the display. If you still have questions regarding how to fold the cranes, you may stop by J7 and take a look at the 1000 Cranes display with visual instructions step by step shown. Oh, for every meeting you attend, you earn one hour of community service, along with however many cranes you folded. Come to the meeting to get your time cards signed. Also, if you couldn’t make it to the first meeting, you may still come to the 2nd one next Friday, same time and place.

For the Children of Hospitals in need of motivation and hope
Training and Information Meeting will be held in J7 afterschool October 11. Hours and ideals will be discussed. Snacks provided as well. Bring an empty shoe box with lid or tissue box. Sign up in J7, space is limited.
